This notice explains how DrupBridge uses the personal information you give us through this website.
Who we are
DrupBridge is a Drupal consultancy based in the United Kingdom, and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about this notice or your information using the enquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, the type of project, your website address (if you give it) and your project description.
To protect the form from abuse, the website briefly records the internet (IP) address a message was sent from. This record is deleted automatically within a few hours and is not stored with your enquiry. Our hosting provider's server logs may also record IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your enquiry is stored in this website's database and sent to our business email inbox. It is processed on our behalf by our web hosting and email service providers, who may not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stored on the website are deleted automatically after 12 months. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, and for any work that follows, in line with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to deal with any concern first.
